Balaiana follows the Nature’s rules and a healthy food & lifestyle.

For your physical well-being our kitchen team will take care. Valentina and Pierre our chefs are clearly passionate about a vibrant, healthy cusine.
Their aim is always to make delicious, satisfying food that everyone will enjoy. You will find typical Sardinian delights as well as a creative dishes influenced by the east.

Our restaurant is offering vegetarian, organic, natural and sustainable food in a welcoming atmosphere.

Conscious eating for us means also the ingredients have biological or biodynamic origin, We use local and seasonal ingredients as much as possible and you will experience that Sardinia a place where seasonal veggies are super-tasty. In all meals you will taste our favorite spice we use: lots of love.

Our Buffet has also vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options upon request. We can always cater for special dietary needs of your group- please let us know when you book. Pure and fresh water from the mountains, healthy herbal (ayurvedic) teas is available with the meals. Fresh fruit (depends on season) are available in the morning also before Yoga.
